VIKOR Method for Plithogenic Probabilistic Linguistic MAGDM and Application to Sustainable Supply Chain Financial Risk Evaluation

In the context of increasingly competitive post-epidemic social marketing era, sustainable development supply chain finance is also facing impact more complex risk factors. However, issue concerning how to scientifically and reasonably select appropriate applicant company for financing cooperation on basis evaluation remains unresolved. For smooth operation banks’ (SSCF) business, this paper aims develop a novel multi-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) method considering robustness comprehensiveness among attributes decision-makers (DMs). First, based idea that quantitative assessment values qualitative linguistic sets can accurately express uncertain information importance degree indicators, concept proposed combines probabilistic term set (PLTS) with plithogenic evaluate each alternative. Additionally, decision matrices evaluated by DMs are integrated transformed through PLTS scoring function aggregation operators contradiction degree. deriving weight attributes, objective attribute weights determined subjective adjusting coefficients. Then, ranking order alternatives generated applying VIKOR constructing MAGDM model PLTSs. Finally, solving practical example selection objects SSCF oriented verifies effectiveness model, where five indicators developed, superiority our studies demonstrated comparing existing TOPSIS ELECTRE methods.
